Edradour Distillery

Edradour Distillery

Please note Edradour Distillery is now closed until further notice.

Edradour Distillery is a traditional yet truly unique production facility that dates back to 1825. Many regard it as Scotland’s smallest distillery that is out on its own in the respect that it still produces excellent single malt whisky by hand today. The distillery is nestled in the truly picturesque Perthshire with Edradour steeped in magnificent history that will catch the imagination of those who visit.

The fact that the distillery is small allows it to retain a uniqueness that you won’t find elsewhere. There are over 25 distinctive expressions of Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky on offer, all with their own characters and flavours and this is only possible due to the traditional small-scale production.

Take a tour around the unique distillery, and you’ll be fascinated at the sight of seeing the whisky being made up close. You’ll take in sights, sounds and smells that you won’t find in any other whisky distillery in Scotland and of course there will be the opportunity to enjoy a wee dram on the tour too.

The tour and shop opening times are 10 am – 5 pm Monday to Saturday. Usually, the tours last for a duration of one hour and the last tour commences an hour before closing. There is no admission to the site after 4.30pm, so make sure you’re prepared for your visit and plan your timings. Group booking can be made for people with a party of eight or more people.

Tickets to the tours are priced at £7.50 for adults and £2.50 for children (aged 12-17). There is free parking available on site with a gift shop too if you wish to take home a souvenir from your time at the Edradour Distillery. Exclusive whisky tasting experiences may be obtained on request for the connoisseurs or for people wanting to gain a greater in-depth knowledge about whisky and how it’s produced.
